Intention

To get the most from a Seasonal Support necklace, wear it with intention. Before putting it on, hold it quietly for a few moments while focusing on the stone properties you want to activate. For example: if you have a cold you want to get over, focus on the Turquoise and the Fluorite to help access your own healing energy.

Intention helps. It can kick your immune system into gear.

The piece I make for you -- as with the examples here -- will support you as you go about your daily life and help you surf the emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual waves that swell beneath and sometimes swamp us.

Reformulated version of the piece below.

The necklace - in its first iteration, bottom photo - originally supported its wearer through thyroid cancer treatment. The new version above substitutes the Chalcedony, Turquoise, and Hematite with Lepidolite, Citrine, and Red Jasper in keeping with the progressed stage of recovery. The large Lapis Lazuli ovals as well as the Amethyst, Aquamarine, and faceted Quartz crystals remain. [Note: the color of the bottom photo is truer to nature.]

Knowledge of the therapeutic value of light, color, and mineral has been around for thousands of years and has now made its way into energy healing methods. We no doubt absorb the minerals, the colors, the light through our skin, our largest organ. We certainly resonante to specific colors and energetic vibrations.

Working with you and my spirit guides, I create a custom-made necklace or bracelet to bring you balance, harmony, healing, and whatever else you need into your life.

I produce up to thirteen original,one-of-a-kind, ready-

made pieces per season (up to 52 annually). To keep the healing circuit connected, all pieces are closed circles (without clasps) and fit over the head. Pictures and information about them appear here as they become available.

Before shipping, I smudge each piece in white sage smoke to cleanse it, then pack it in a silk pouch to protect it from outside emanations while en route.
